This week we visited the annual Wedding Showcase by Historic Royal Palaces to visit the brand new event spaces that have recently opened up at Kensington Palaces, which are ideal for couples planning a lavish palace wedding in the UK.
The main event took place in the incredible new Kensington Palace Pavilion, which is a brand new purpose-built space designed to temporarily replace The Orangery until 2021. The Pavilion features two main event spaces, with capacity for an impressive 800 guests for a standing reception across both rooms, and 300 for a seated dinner with the option of a separate drinks reception area. The space overlooks Kensington Palace’s famous Sunken Garden, and there’s even a covered terrace that’s ideal for weddings in spring or summer.
