Spring Restaurant is owned by the wonderful Skye Gyngell, an award winning, talented chef originally from Australia. Skye has worked at some of London's top venues including the Dorchester, before working with a number of high profile private clients and now at her very own restaurant, Spring.
At Spring, they can cater for smaller weddings of up to 36 guests in their Garden and larger weddings for up to 116 guests in the Main Dining Room, with a separate area for drinks reception and dancing.
